One Thing That Matters

Join with the same email address your ticket is registered under. That's what links your profile to your pass. A different email means the app can't find your registration. Startup Pass holders: your ticket email is also your key to the Startup Platform, where Meeting Exchanges are booked.

Getting Started

1. Download the app from the App Store or Google Play using the buttons below.

2. Create your profile. Tell us about your role, interests, and what you're hoping to achieve at Festival this year.

3. Join the festival. Use the personal link sent to your email to unlock all app features, including networking.

Tip: allow notifications when the app asks. It's how you'll know the moment someone requests a meeting, when your next meeting starts, and if the schedule changes.

Startup Pass Holders: Book Investor Meetings on the Startup Platform

If you hold a Startup Pass, you also get access to the Elevate Festival Startup Platform, linked from the app.

- Pre-book up to 3 Meeting Exchanges
- Reserve 1 Founder Roundtable seat
- Request a magic link with your ticket email. The link is one-time use and expires after 24 hours.
- Update your profile and upload your pitch deck by Friday, September 18, 5 p.m. ET so it can be shared with your investor hosts.
- Check in 10 minutes before each meeting, and if you can't make it, cancel your slot so another founder can take it.

Quick Answers

I didn't get my personal link. Check the inbox of the email your ticket is registered under (including spam). Still nothing? Contact us at events@elevate.ca.

The app says it can't find my registration. You're probably signing in with a different email than your ticket. Use your ticket email. If a colleague bought your ticket and hasn't assigned it to you yet, ask them to assign it first. Unassigned tickets can't join the app.

Can I use the app on my laptop? Yes, there's a web version with the same networking and agenda features.

Who sees my profile? Only festival attendees, and only if networking is turned on. You can adjust your visibility anytime in settings.

I have a Startup Pass but can't access the Startup Platform. Access is limited to Startup Pass holders and matched on your ticket email. If you're still stuck, contact support@elevate.ca.
